How to Order a 3D Print

Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

Ordering a custom 3D print from ProPrint2 is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Order Page

Go to proprint2.ch and scroll down to the Order section. You can also click "Place an Order" in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in your name and email address (required). Optionally, add your delivery address including street, Swiss postal code (PLZ), and city. Our smart autocomplete helps you fill in Swiss postal codes quickly.

Step 3: Select a Size

Choose from three available sizes:

• Klein (Small) – Miniatures, keychains, small items
• Mittel (Medium) – Figurines, toys, mid-size objects
• Groß (Large) – Display models, prototypes, larger pieces

Step 4: Describe Your Print

Write a description of what you want. Be as detailed as possible. Include the dimensions (Length x Width x Height in cm) so we can give you an accurate quote.

Step 5: Upload a Reference Image (Optional)

Have a picture of what you want? Upload it directly in the form. This helps us understand exactly what you're looking for.

Step 6: Complete Security Check & Submit

Answer the simple math question, then click "Send Order". We'll receive your order and get back to you via email with pricing and timeline details.
